The holiday period has been a busy and exiting time at the Residence, with two of our owners taking possession of their Residence eco-lodge properties.
Both have expressed delight at the quality of the building, the attention to detail throughout and the high level of décor.
In addition to this we have introduced the state of the art SONAS sound system, which allows owners and guests to play music from their mobile devices by simply down loading the free app. Music can then be remotely be played throughout the property.
As you may know, the weather in Cornwall has been rather stormy for the past month or so with high winds and plenty of rain. However, the Residence eco-lodges throughout have remained warm, dry and cosy.
Underfloor heating and the log burners in every eco-lodge have ensured our holiday guests could watch the waves in total comfort. More adventurous guests even praised being outside in the hot tub while the weather raged.
As the New Year starts, we have sold all but one of our current two phases and are planning to have all fourteen eco-lodges available for owners and guests to use by late spring.
Shortly we will be releasing the next phase of eco-lodges and with increased confidence in the economy and strong interest in holiday homes in Cornwall, we fully expect 2014 to be another good year for the Residence at Gwel an Mor.
